   Hippo Media hired Stoa Data to build a custom system for managing leads, sales, and production work around the company's actual workflow.

   Includes staff access controls, a record of changes, lead integration with Instantly, and a QuickBooks-connected invoice-draft workflow.

2. [02] Open source / personal project

   Fantasy War Room — MCP-Powered Live Application

   An open-source project demonstrating how an AI assistant can work from current application data instead of relying on stale context or guessing.

   Through a read-only MCP integration, the assistant reads live draft and roster state, checks again after changes, and explains recommendations using the application's own data and calculations.

   Built for fantasy football, but the same pattern can connect AI assistants to customer records, support requests, logistics data, internal tools, and other business software.

3. [03] Paid discovery engagement

   Consumer Platform — Product Discovery & Technical Design

   A founder hired Stoa Data to turn an early consumer-software idea into a concrete plan for estimation and development.

   Defined the first release, user journeys, technical design, privacy and security requirements, testing, and a phased build plan. The engagement covered planning and technical design; application development was outside its scope.
